Plus Chanel’s Métiers d’Art campaign, Canada Goose’s summer capsule collection, and more.
With the hot days finally upon us comes a week devoted to celebrating, or in the case of SSENSE, escaping the heat. For those who are solidly the former, Fendi is dropping their new campaign starring Spanish pop artist Aitana. Featuring embroidered takes on the Peekaboo and Baguette bags along with lightweight looks, it brings to mind vacation getaways. For those unable to jettison off and find themselves sweltering away in the city, SSENSE feels your pain. Their anti-cruise collection is full of skimpy designs from the likes of Conner Ives, Aaron Esh, and more, all intended for times when shade can be hard to find. And finally, perhaps the best way to feel cool is to simply visualize? That’s the case with the latest Chanel Métiers d’Art campaign which is set on the calm waters in Hangzhou and has soothing tones of icy blue and green. Treat temperature like a mindset and maybe the body will follow — emphasis on maybe.

Chanel Métiers d’Art Campaign Perfectly Encapsulates Hangzhou
After jetting off to Hangzhou last December, Chanel’s Métiers d’art collection campaign has been released. Blending the allure of Gabrielle Chanel’s Coromandel screens with the mystique of West Lake, the images feature Chanel ambassadors Tilda Swinton and Liu Wen alongside model Lulu Tenny. Shot by Mikael Jansson at dusk on Lake Xihu, they’re dressed in silhouettes crafted by the Maisons d’art. Highlights include a pleated black satin charmeuse dress with floral embroidery, evening-wear detailed with velvet lace flowers, and travel-inspired pieces reflecting the motifs of Coromandel screens.
Louis Vuitton to Outfit Real Madrid
As the worlds of sports and luxury fashion grow ever more intertwined comes news that Louis Vuitton is entering a multi-year partnership with Spain’s Real Madrid. Made especially for the players and members of the men’s and women’s football teams as well as the men’s basketball team, it includes ready-to-wear, shoes, and accessories. Designed by the brand’s men’s studio as led by Pharrell Williams, you’ll find a mix of tailoring as well as travel-friendly pieces. To complement, distinctive accessories like a leather belt featuring a palladium LV buckle in addition to a navy cap and the brand’s slouchy LV Soft tote. To carry all of their new clothes, what better than a bespoke luggage line consisting of the Horizon 55 carry-on, the Keepall, and the Christopher backpack. As a nod back to the club’s colors, everything will have white-and-gold stripes along with the initials RM. While sadly these pieces are exclusive to the members and unavailable for purchase you can create your own personalized travel in the same spirit courtesy of their Mon Monogram service.
Prada Mode Heads to Osaka
Osaka is having a moment in 2025. Chalk it up to the World Expo, which is running through the end of the year. While Prada isn’t necessarily a part of the big exhibition, the brand is staging the latest iteration of their Prada Mode initiative in Osaka’s Umekita Park, at a time when the international crowd is descending upon the city. Running from June 4th through the 15th, the initiative features a series of talks, exhibits, and musical performances. Highlights include a conversation with architect Tadao Ando, a native Osaka as well as a workshop dedicated to tsumami-zaiku, the Japanese art of folding fabric, which used Prada fabrics to make brooches and ornaments.
But the true centerpiece of the event? Honoring the work of architect and designer Kazuyo Seijia on Inujima island. The former copper smelting site and quarry is now a part of the Benesse Art Site Naoshima project and through Sejima’s work you’ll find gallery spaces, community garden, visitor accommodations, and the latest addition — a permanent pavilion donated by Prada. Prior to the festivities in Osaka, the brand staged a private preview of the island’s new spaces. Consider this a sign to add Inujima to your Japan travel itinerary in the future.
A Montblanc Pen Worthy of Wes Anderson
Wes Anderson’s unmistakable aesthetic meets Montblanc in the Schreiberling Limited Edition 1969, a tribute to storytelling. Inspired by the baby pens of the 1910s and 1920s, this vibrant green and yellow fountain pen features platinum-coated fittings and a coral-colored Montblanc emblem, blending historical design with Anderson’s iconic style. Limited to 1,969 pieces, a nod to Anderson’s birth year, the pen is part of a writing set housed in a tin box reminiscent of props from his films. Available from June, the Schreiberling invites you to tell your next story in style.
Fendi’s Summer Campaign Stars Aitana
The latest addition to Fendi’s year of centennial celebrations is a vibrant digital campaign featuring Spanish artist Aitana and the summer 2025 collection. The singer is no stranger to the brand having worn it on stage in addition to attending the fall 2026 show. Soundtracked by her latest single, Segundo Intento, an upbeat track that tells the story of escape and emotional rediscovery, the campaign explores the brand’s work through shots of the Peekaboo, Baguette, and Sunshine Shopper bags. The collection draws inspiration from Karl Lagerfeld’s 1978 Histoire d’Eau, blending archival motifs like coral red and seafoam with breezy fabrics and nature-inspired embroideries. Sunny and bright, it feels like a whimsical way to kick off the season.
Vacheron Constantin and The Met Launch Artisan Residency Program
In the age of artificial intelligence and technologically supremacy, it can seem like time honored ways of creating rooted in cultural traditions are at risk of being forgotten. That’s where Vacheron Constantin comes in. The luxury watchmaker is partnering with New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art for an Artisan Residency program, designed to support, preserve, and evolve craftsmanship. In celebration of their 270th anniversary, three creative minds – Aspen Golann, Ibrahim Said, and Joy Harvey – were selected for an 18-month residency that will explore their respective fields of furniture making, ceramics, and jewelry. Not only will they visit The Met, they’ll also interact with Vacheron Constantin’s artisans in Geneva. The program culminates in October next year with a showcase at The Met, highlighting heritage and contemporary art, and underscoring the shared commitment to mentoring the next generation.
Audemars Piguet Celebrates 150 Years With a Song
In the heart of Switzerland’s Vallée de Joux, time doesn’t just tick – it plays a rhythm that has echoed for 150 years. And this year, Audemars Piguet is celebrating its sesquicentennial with something bigger than a wristwatch. Marking the moment with a beat that bridges past and present, AP has invited musical icons Mark Ronson and Raye to co-create a sonic homage to the brand’s legacy. Enter Suzanne, a new track written and performed by Raye, produced by Ronson and released as a part of the brand’s ongoing cultural program. Rather than just releasing a commemorative edition of a Royal Oak, AP has leaned into what it does best: craftsmanship, emotion and innovation. This time, through sound. Suzanne is a brooding, emotionally rich ballad that explores vulnerability and identity. Its haunting piano and stirring vocals sit at the intersection of music and memory – an apt metaphor for a watchmaker that’s spent a century and a half crafting legacy into every tick. The lyrics read like pages from a private diary, while the arrangement is pure Ronson: cinematic, spacious and steeped in feeling.
Rabanne Goes From (Françoise) Hardy to Party
When it comes to resort collections, designers can go one of two routes: continue the story from their most recent runway presentation or opt for a completely new direction. For Rabanne’s Julien Dossena, it’s the former. Continuing on the idea of the Contain-and-Release concept from fall 2025 comes resort 2026. Glamor and grunge converge with a mix of cool, casual pieces as well as the brand’s signature spangly evening dresses. You’ll find side-zippered jeans and a croc-embossed leather blouson that brings to mind Françoise Hardy as well as preppy stripes mixed with poplin and mesh and butter yellow suiting. Being that it’s Rabanne there’s also plenty of shimmery chainmail, paillettes, and even a touch of faux fur for extra impact. Accessories wise, the Ring back is back, while new to the line is a bucket bag that can be reversed. Find it in stores later this year.
Haider Ackermann Launches His Second Seasonal Canada Goose Capsule
Warm weather exploits aren’t exactly the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Canada Goose, but the latest drop from Haider Ackermann under the brand’s Snow Goose heritage label will have you rethinking that. Drawing from the performance legacy of the brand comes a series of breathable pieces made for the summer. You’ll find nylon shorts, light rain jackets, cotton parkers, and utility pants in shades like icy blue, purple as well as neutrals. Also in the line are graphic elements with names like Can You Hear the Birds?, Embrace the Silence, and Find Me Where the Wildflowers Are. Key styles include the Valor parka, an uninsulated workwear version of fall’s Rider parka and the Edge pants, inspired by Ackermann’s most-loved pants. For those seeking airy shorts, the Tempest will allow for movement while the Dawn crewneck is designed to be layered. To accompany the launch, the brand tapped Willy Vanderperre again for a campaign starring Lara Stone along with a cast of models juxtaposed against desert scenes. Shop it here.
